CLA Enrollment

CLA will be accepting enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year beginning May 20, 2010.  Students must be fully enrolled in CLA before registering for any school sports or other events.

The enrollment process will be completed as follows:

  • Select the category from the sub pages on the left of this page for your student. (K/First Grader, New Student or Re-Enroll)
  • Print out all required forms (all forms are available for print either from the sub pages or from the bottom of this page)
  • Complete all required forms.
  • Send all completed required forms, enrollment fees and tuition to the following address:

Annual Enrollment Fees AFTER JULY 15TH

Your student will be considered enrolled when all completed required forms, enrollment fees and tuition have been received.

2010 Parent Agreement

  • Youth Flag Football Registration

    Flag Football registration for K-8th grade is now being accepted until July 15th, 2010.  The season will begin on July 31st and run through October.
