CLA Enrollment

CLA will be accepting enrollment for the 2011-2012 school year beginning June 20, 2011. Students must be fully enrolled in CLA before registering for any school sports or other events.

The enrollment process will be completed as follows:

Select the category from the sub pages on the left of this page for your student. (K/First Grader, New Student or Re-Enroll)
Print out all required forms (all forms are available for print either from the sub pages or from the bottom of this page)
Complete all required forms.
Send all completed required forms, enrollment fees and tuition to the following address:
