GRADUATION FROM CHRISTIAN LIFE ACADEMY

Graduation from CLA is accomplished by completing ALL the following courses and credit requirements: (NOTE:  These requirements are not considered college prep.  Check with the college admissions department of the college that the student may attend regarding high school graduation requirements.)

BIBLE:  (40 credits, 8 semesters - 4 years) - If a student transfers from a public or private school that did not require Bible, credits will be adjusted. 

ENGLISH:  (30 credits, 6 semesters - 3 years)

ALGEBRA 1: (10 credits, 2 semesters - 1 year)

MATHEMATICS: (10 credits, 2 semesters, 1 year)

UNITED STATES HISTORY:  (10 credits, 2 semesters, 1 year)

WORLD HISTORY: (10 credits, 2 semesters, 1 year)

AMERICAN GOVERNMENT/CIVICS: (5 credits, 1 semester, 1/2 year)

ECONOMICS: (5 credits, 1 semester, 1/2 year)

SCIENCE: (20 credits, 4 semester, 2 years)

FINE ARTS OR FOREIGN LANGUAGE: (10 credits, 2 semesters, 1 year)

PHYSICAL EDUCATION: (20 credits, 4 semester, 2 years)

HEALTH: (5 credits, 1 semesters, 1/2 year)

ELECTIVES: (40 credits, 8 semesters, 4 years)
